Designs programs to develop affordable rental and homeownership opportunities, ensuring safe and stable housing for low- to moderate-income (LMI) households.
Supports a range of housing activities, including new construction, rehabilitation, land acquisition, and necessary infrastructure development.
Seeks to ensure that fire-affected communities can rebuild and meet post-disaster housing demands while complying with all federal regulations and program requirements.
