Most insurances accepted, and sliding scale payment plans are available to those who qualify. Spanish interpretation is available at no cost.

The Oregon Health Authority recognizes all Coastal Healthcare clinics as a Tier 4 Patient-Centered Primary Care Home Sites (PDF) for our commitment to quality, coordinated care.
This health center receives US HHS funding and has a Federal Public Health Service (PHS) deemed status with respect to certain health or health-related claims, including medical malpractice claims, for itself and its covered individuals.

Introducing MyChartCentral and Lucy
With MyChartCentral you can access all of your MyChart accounts, including those from your Lincoln County area healthcare organizations and other organizations nationwide, from one place using a single username and password.
MyChartCentral also provides you access to Lucy. Lucy is a personal health record that gives you a permanent home to organize all your medical information. You can request an updated copy of your medical record at any time and store it in Lucy. You can also add personal information about your health and choose to share it among all organizations where you receive care.
