Developmental Disabilities Services

Lincoln County Developmental Disability Services provides support to children and adults of any age who may have intellectual (ID) and other types of developmental disabilities (DD).  Visit our Learn About DD and ID page for more detail.


Our mission is to promote inclusion of individuals with Developmental Disabilities within the community so they are able to experience personal growth and development. We are committed to health, wellness, and quality of life.

Our services are developed through a process of assessment, Person-Centered Planning, and Individual Support Plans based on a foundation of individual choice and self-determination. Services Include:

    • Information and referral

    • Residential Services

    • Supported living services

    • Employment and alternatives to employment

Individuals eligible for services may access a variety of supports and services contingent upon Medicaid eligibility and age of the individual being served.
