Building Permits Issued

Building permits are available to be reviewed through Oregon E Permitting

1. Once on the website you will select reports in the upper right corner.
2. Select the drop-down box and select permits issued spreadsheet.
3. Once the pop-up box is up select the agency name "Lincoln County" and the time frame you would like to search.
4. The spreadsheet will come up as the last step.

Building Plans

• Residential plans are retained for two years along with the final approval.
• Commercial plans are retained for 10 years after the final inspection date.

Records that are not able to be located on Oregon E Permitting can be requested through a Records Request. Records request may take up to 10 business days for completion, please be aware fees do apply.
