The cabin rents for $60 per night, up to the 10 day stay limit. Maximum 6 people allowed. The cabin is available for rent year-round. No smoking allowed in the cabin or on the front porch.
Check in time is 3 pm. Check out time is 12 pm (noon).
Individuals must be at least 18 years of age to reserve and occupy a cabin.
Smoking is prohibited inside and on porch. Smoking is permitted at the picnic table and fire grill area.
Cooking of any kind is prohibited inside and on porch.
Tents are prohibited in the Cabin area.
One extra vehicle may be added to a cabin reservation ($10 per night) and must be within parking area.
RV's, truck campers, tow-vehicles or trailers of any type are prohibited inside the Cabin parking area.
Cabin furniture must remain inside the cabin.
One canopy is allowed over the picnic table inside the Cabin area. Do not tie lines to the Cabin or trees.
Lincoln County Parks Department is not responsible for lost or stolen items. Please secure all personal belongings.
Cabins are inspected and cleaned after each stay. You will be held financially responsible for any damages that occur or for any items that disappear during your stay.
No-Refund and No-Cancellation Policy for County Park Reservations:
Reservation Confirmation: By making a reservation at Jack Morgan Park, you agree to abide by the terms and conditions outlined in this policy.
No Refunds: All reservations made at Jack Morgan Park are non-refundable. This includes but is not limited to cancellations, no-shows, or early departures. Once payment is processed, it is non-refundable under any circumstances.
No Cancellations: There is no provision for cancellations of reservations made at Jack Morgan Park. Once a reservation is made, it cannot be cancelled or modified.
Extenuating Circumstances: In rare cases of extenuating circumstances such as natural disasters or park closures due to unforeseen events, Jack Morgan Park reserves the right to evaluate refund requests on a case-by-case basis.
Transferability: Reservations made at Jack Morgan Park are non-transferable. They cannot be transferred to another individual, group, or different dates.
Reservation Date Changes: Changes to reservation dates are not permitted. If you wish to reserve a different date, a new reservation must be made, subject to availability.
Inclement Weather: Jack Morgan Park is not responsible for weather conditions that may affect your reservation. As such, no refunds or cancellations will be granted due to inclement weather.
