Apply to Enroll for Oregon State Child Support Program Services
Services
The Lincoln County District Attorney, Local Office of the Oregon Child Support Program offers the following services:
- Establishing paternity.
- Finding the noncustodial parent.
- Establishing a child support order or making changes to an existing order.
- Coordinating a child's heath care coverage.
- Determining the amount of past-due child support.
- Collecting and processing child support payments.
- Assist in enforcing Court ordered support.
The Lincoln County District Attorney, Child Support Services work in conjunction with Oregon State Child Support Program, other State Child Support Programs, and the Federal Child Support Program. Services can still be provided if either parent lives in another state.

To enroll for child support services through the Oregon Child Support Program, you will first establish an online account, Online Portal Account, and then complete an application for services.
Contact Lincoln County Child Support Services at (541) 265-4173 if you do not have computer access and the application for services forms can be mailed to your mailing address.
You can return your completed application to Oregon Child Support as follows:

If you have any questions or need assistance in regard to establishing an online account, please contact Oregon Child Support Program Customer Service at 800-850-0228.
There is a one-time fee of $1.00 for this service. The fee is collected from the first money that the Oregon Child Support Program collects on your case.
Receiving Child Support Payments
Oregon Child Support Program wants receiving a support payment to be as convenient as possible. As a parent receiving support, you have two options:
1) Direct deposit into a checking or savings account.
2) Electronic deposits made to a U.S. Bank ReliaCard
To receive payments via direct deposit, you must have a U.S. domestic bank account. No bank account is necessary to receive funds on a U.S. Bank Reliacard Visa prepaid debit card. To learn more about the debit card, see ReliaCard FAQs or ReliaCard FAQs in Spanish.
