This project will provide strategic guidance for the provision of transit services, highly visible transit stops and facility siting, and coordination with the new five-county transit alliance (Northwest Oregon Connector Alliance) over the 20-year planning period. The project will take place over approximately eighteen months and will include five Public Advisory Committee meetings to which the public is invited to attend.
