File the hard copy at Room 201 in the Courthouse, and email the Word doc or the pdf to:  countyclerk@co.lincoln.or.us

Does Lincoln County produce a county voters' pamphlet?

Yes, Lincoln County produces a County Voters' Pamphlet for each election. For Primary and General elections, the County Voters' Pamphlet will be bound into the center of the State Voters' Pamphlet. For all other elections, the County Voters' Pamphlet will be included in your ballot packet.

How do I get information about the candidates and issues?

You will receive a voter's pamphlet from the Secretary of State for all statewide elections, which will contain information about state candidates and statewide measures. The Secretary of State is responsible for mailing voters' pamphlets.

What do I do if I don't receive one?

The post office delivers one voter pamphlet to each household at an address. The voter pamphlet is not delivered based on registered voters. If you do not receive one, check with your post office or pick one up at the nearest elections office.
